Don your wings, grab your crowns or cloaks and come say farewell to our garden season with this celebration of the Flower Fairies and Elves that keep our gardens in bloom all summer long. Borrow a bag to collect natural fallen materials and then build a magical home on the grounds for these beloved creatures to nest in for the winter. Stop by our craft table and create your very own wand, the single most important tool a fairy or elf can own! Enjoy storytimes starting every half hour that explore fantasy and the magical realm of nature and end the day by leaving a letter of well wishes at the fairy post office. Magic can make you hungry, so we also invite you to pack a picnic and extend your adventure by staying into the afternoon. Trustees member: free. Trustees member child: $5. Nonmember adult: free.
