Alexandra Farms’ third annual “Garden Rose Design Contest” is now in the books, and Florists’ Review has the honor of presenting the winners!
This year, the “Garden Rose Design Contest” was held with only one category: “Beautiful Designs with Garden Roses.” Bridal bouquets, vase arrangements, large installations and more were all accepted in this category. Alexandra Farms received more than 100 entries during the entry period from May 1 to June 28, which were submitted by their designers online at alexandrafarms.com.
Also new to the 2020 contest, the winners were selected by a public online vote rather than by a panel of judges as has been the case in previous years. In addition, all entries from around the world were judged together, whereas in the first two contests, there were different contests for various regions/countries around the world.
More than 2,800 people voted online, and here are the top vote-getters (all entries were winners!).
